Combined with Ecorobotix's precision application technologies, Maya is helping build a connected ecosystem that enables customers to make smarter decisions, improve sustainability, and optimize field operations.

Job Description

General Objective of the Role

To support, position, and drive the adoption of the company’s technologies within the assigned region, by bridging technical expertise with customer needs, ensuring alignment with product capabilities, market requirements, and strategic business goals. Build strategic relationships with Golf Course Superintendents, Sport Turf Managers, General Managers, and Key Accounts.

Reporting Lines & Interactions

As a Presales Turf Engineer, you will report directly to our Turf Sales Manager and be in close collaboration with local Area Sales Managers. You will give technical support to sales activities.

Your future assignments


  • Technically support the sales team throughout the sales process.
  • Schedule, perform and follow-up live product demonstrations.
  • Function as the technical resource for the local Area Sales Manager and a technical point of contact for prospects.
  • Advise prospects on the company’s value proposition.
  • Deliver training to sales teams within the dealer network to ensure a clear understanding of our products and services’ value propositions.
  • Maintain the software demo.
  • Provide feedback to the product management team on how products and services could be improved or further developed to suit customer needs.

Experience required

  • Advanced degree in agronomic engineering or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a client-facing engineering role, ideally in Golf and Turf Equipment sector
  • Confident with the operation of tractors and ground care equipment
  • In-depth knowledge of the European golf and turf sector
  • Knowledge of phytosanitary products and their usage is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Initiative and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Rigor and sense of organization
  • Ability to frequently travel within your geographical region (30%)
  • Ability to work in an international environment
  • Passion for innovation and sustainable agricultural technologies
