Following the integration of Maya, an AI-powered turf and land management platform, into the Ecorobotix Group, we are looking for our future.

Job Description

Overall Purpose of the role

You will lead and scale Maya’s Customer Success function to ensure onboarding excellence, customer satisfaction, portfolio health, and long-term client retention. You will play a key role in driving the adoption of AI-native turf and land management solutions while building scalable customer success processes and services.

Your future assignments

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and monitor portfolio health through User Health Scores and proactive customer engagement strategies.
  • Drive onboarding excellence and ensure all clients achieve defined success criteria within the first 90 days.
  • Design and manage customer satisfaction programs, including NPS, CSAT surveys, and seasonal business reviews.
  • Launch and scale post-onboarding services such as annual reviews, seasonal coaching, and premium advisory offerings.
  • Lead, coach, and support the existing Customer Success team while contributing to future team scaling and recruitment.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities within Customer Success workflows to support sustainable growth.
  • Manage the beta program and structure customer feedback to support the product roadmap.
  • Represent the voice of the customer in product, strategy, and leadership discussions.
  • Prepare and deliver quarterly Customer Success performance reports to leadership.

Experience required

Qualifications

  • Degree in engineering or agronomy or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing leadership roles within a SaaS environment.
  • Excellent command of English (C1+ required, written and spoken). French, German is a plus.

 

Experience / Technical Skills

  • Proven experience scaling a Customer Success function in a growing SaaS company.
  • Strong knowledge of Customer Success tools, CRM systems (Odoo or equivalent), health scoring, and workflow automation.
  • Comfortable working in an AI-native environment using structured workflows and AI-based tools.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and interpreting dashboards.
  • Knowledge of the turf, agriculture, or precision technology industry is considered an asset.
