When a spare parts order is placed, there are several information which are needed for the order treatment.
- Please indicate the order type: it could be for stock, it could be for a retrofit. If the order type is not indicated, we automatically assume that it is a 'normal' order and we would apply the default conditions on the lines.
- While our system can assign a delivery address by default to your order, you can always state which delivery address to use for the order.
- If a customer reference needs to be added to the order, please make sure that it is provided.
- Please provide the products and quantities you intend to order. If possible, please use the Ecorobotix reference numbers for the spare parts products.
- If the order is an urgent one, please indicate on your order.
