How a spare parts order can be placed
You have several options to place a spare parts order:
- an email can be sent to our After Sales Team, please use support@ecorobotix.com as address.
- by using Partful, you can select the products and quantities and as your order is validated, your order is sent to the After Sales Team.
- a support request can be submitted on the Helpdesk, https://support.ecorobotix.com/hc/en-ch
