Urgent orders
Sometimes products are urgently needed. To make sure that the order is processed correctly, please make sure that you indicate the urgency in your order by adding URGENT or EXPRESS.
Once the order is received, it would be treated by After Sales Team. However, there are some points to pay attention to:
- If the urgent order is confirmed by After Sales before 10 am (CEST), pickup will take place on the same day and order is delivered in 1-2 business days after the After Sales Team confirmation.
- If the urgent order is confirmed by After Sales between 10 am and 3 pm (CEST), pickup will take place on the next business day and order is delivered in 2-3 business days.
