Job Description

General objective of the role

As an After-Sales Engineer of the Ecorobotix SA team, you will be the strategic communication point between our clients and our R&D teams. Your main role will be to ensure that our customers can always carry out their tasks with our equipment. Remote and field troubleshooting will be an integral part of your role.

Reporting lines and interactions

This role reports directly to the After-Sales Business Development Manager. You will collaborate with different stakeholders such as colleagues, dealers, farmers, partners, associations, trade shows, agronomists and CCA's.

A day in the life of an After-Sales Engineer

This job follows a seasonality, offering dynamic challenges and opportunities to collaborate with customers and distributors!

  • Spring/Summertime: your focus is on providing hands-on support to our distributors. You’ll ensure that customers’ equipment runs efficiently by troubleshooting issues, offer solutions, and collect feedback to drive product improvements. This season also involves few trips to observe real-world conditions, working closely with distributors to strengthen relationships and ensure smooth operations.

  • Wintertime: workload on live support decreases. Your focus shifts more on documentation enhancement, dealer training and/or work on side projects linked to continuous product and service improvements.

“At Ecorobotix we say that the Pre-Sales and Sales teams sell the first machines, but After-Sales sell the rest.”
