About the Company
Job Description
Location: Remote based out of Salinas, CA
As a Field Application Engineer, you will own the technical deployment and maturation of Ecorobotix's products across new crops and agricultural markets in the United States. Your mission is to ensure that every new market reaches commercial readiness through rigorous field validation, system optimization, and close collaboration with growers and engineering teams. Working directly with growers, you will conduct advanced field experiments, translate agricultural challenges into engineering improvements, and validate new technologies under real farming conditions. As the technical bridge between customers and R&D, you will lead investigations into critical field issues, coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, and deliver permanent solutions that improve product reliability, scalability, and customer success.
